For personalized orders, please note that custom lettering and fresh flower upgrades are exclusive to pre-orders and are not available for same-day delivery.

Lettering is subject to character limits, and additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the request. Similarly, upgrading to fresh flowers may incur extra costs based on the market price of the specific blooms selected.

Once received, please handle the balloon with care as it is sensitive to temperature fluctuations and sharp objects. We recommend keeping the arrangement away from heaters to prevent bursting or deformation, as we are not responsible for any deflation or damage caused by user negligence or improper handling.

Additionally, supplies such as vases, pots, baskets and wrapping paper will be like those shown but may vary occasionally. We will ensure that any changes are complementary to your arrangement and maintain its overall.
